I loved the front desk staff. They were extremely helpful, helping us understand the train routes. The shuttle service was excellent, always on time. The morning breakfast was outstanding, many choices and different hot food each morning. I loved the turkey sausage. The room was beautiful and very clean. The cleaning staff did a great job each

It was close to the airport, the shuttle picks you up, drops you off. The shuttle also works to take you to a local target and/or to the closest metro station. The room was pretty large, the hotel also has a laundromat (besides the regular laundry service for hotel prices) which you have to pay for 1,5$ for washer and 1,5$ for dryer. But I did appreciate it and did my own laundry -- it was cheaper than have it done at the regular hotel laundry service.

This is a Five Star Hotel, with a 10 Star Staff. What most impressed and delighted us was the amazing, friendly people who work at BHH. The facility is beautiful and the rooms are a delight.

The hotel is in a great location. It must be amazing to have a room with a view of the park. Sadly, I wasn't that lucky.
The room itself was spacious. The bed was comfortable, but the matress a little worn. I kept sliding to the edge of the bed. The plaid on the bed had holes in it.

We loved everything. The Taj was perfect for our stay. The staff was
very helpful as well as friendly. Before we arrived we had questions
about the reservations and hotel amenities, and Kenia Celestino,
reservations manager, was extremely attentive. She was very prompt in
answering any question we had. Amanda was our turn down attendant at
night. She was just the nicest, most gracious and helpful person you
could have to get you settled in at night. Housekeeping for our room,
612, was awesome.

Everything was wonderful, we arrived to find we did not have our tickets
to our convention and the concierge made us his number 1 priority to try
to get them. The lobby woman waited for our Thai food, paid for it for
us, tipped the delivery man and had it sent up to our room while we
picked up our tickets. -

Unfortunately we arrived just after the bombs had gone off, the staff were on hand immediately to help and reassure us, they were extremely kind and upgraded us to a suite. Maureen booked us in for dinner at a local Restaurant and even sent us over her favourite cocktail while we were having dinner. Room was very comfortable and clean, location was good - will be back!!

Excellent location. Great to have breakfast included in the price-cereal/pancakes/toast/fruit/bacon/eggs/waffles. Would definitely stay again. Beds very very comfortable. Stayed for 5 nights including Saturday. Was very quiet every night except saturday it was busier in the restaurants underneath and a little noisy. We slept through it but if you area a light sleeper ask for a room at the back. The view of the street is lovely though so we kept our street-facibg room and the other nights wer

This Hostel was way more than I had expected ! Extremely spacious with various areas where you could relax and enjoy their free tea or coffee (a shame that their wonderful hot chocolate we had at breakfast wasn't working in this area ) They even provided free popcorn and cookies too!
