On the first night we did not get much rest due to a party in the
adjoining room that lasted until 4am. The hotel refunded our money for
that night.
I reserved a non smoking room anf on the second night I and my friend awoke to what appeared to be second hand cigarette smoke in our room. Not sure, but it seemed to be coming from the ventilation. s

Daily happy hour was awesome. The staff was so friendly and willing to
make any drink we could think of. They were so patient and attentive to
the children that ordered. Great staff from gift shop to the Conceirge.
We stayed over Thanksgiving and was recommended some wonderful
resturants. It was a great time.

I absolutely loved the view of the Lake from our room. It was beautiful!
I also enjoyed watching the guests having fun playing volleyball, eating
at the pier, engaging in sports, and relaxing in hammocks. The energy
was so extremely positive.
The second thing we loved was the peace and quiet. This was miraculous. EVERYWHERE we go we are surround

The location and scenery was fantastic. We all enjoyed the pier, a great place to have a drink and enjoy the gorgeous view. The fact that it was very dog friendly was great for us. The rooms in our group were all very clean and had a cozy feeling. They were quite small, I can't imagine more than 2 or 3 people having room to move around.

Kitchen was great! There is a FREE GE Profile washer and dryer on each floor. They also have laundry detergent in your room. They do not have cribs only pack n plays. Bring your own sheet or ask for a small one from housekeeping. They didn't bring one and the mat was questionable. -

The Jacuzzi tub in the hotel room was lovely. It was exactly what I
wanted for a romantic night for our anniversary. We had comfortable
beds, pillows and enjoyed the privacy of the room. -
Friendly staff,Good food,Quick room service,Neat and clean with comfortable room.
We just stayed for one night but it was enjoyable overall.

The room. I requested and received a room for a handicap person and it
was that and so much more. The shower was perfect. I could sit and
shower on a built in bench. There was movability in the room. Isles were
wide enough for a wheelchair. It was downstairs and quiet. Handicap
vehicle space was just outside my room door. Plenty of outlets within

We were a party of 6, 3 adults and 3 children. The hotel was very comfortable, clean, well positioned for access to the ski gondola and main town with bars and restaurants. Staff were friendly and accommodating and always on hand.
Facilities were as described and our stay was enjoyed fully by all. We would have no hesitation in booking this hotel again. A big thanks to all the staff for making our stay enjoyable.

When I booked the room on line it said it came with a refig , none
without making spec request. I requested second floor room near the
elevator had to ask for that when we checked in. -

Very clean resort. Close to everything. Pool staff, concierge, and valet staff were fantastic! Front desk agents needed to perk up a bit...the overnight agent was missing for about 15 minutes when I was trying to check out (I'm an ex resort manager) -
Love the amazing service by every staff member be it the front desk people or the house keeping

Oh my, so convenient! Right out the door to the gondola, everything is so close, you don't need a rental car. Room was awesome, everything you need, even a washer/dryer! We loved it! Will definitely stay here again! -

The staff, Jessica Sota & the bellman that helped us when we
arrived.. .Oscar the waiter in the buffet and all the rest who were so
friendly and helpful. The room with two bathrooms was exceptionally
nice, clean and comfortable. Excellent access to Harvey's and a
great comedy show! Location near shops and food locations was very good.

it is best place for family with young kids and aged people. I booked 3 luxury rooms with comfortable bed and two bathrooms. Uh, the price is not good , but it is OK at the labor day. It is Very quiet and clean. However, I will come back.

This resort was really well located on the lake front and near shops etc. the accommodation was a great size for myself, husband and two young children. The resort itself has a couple of pools and spas and is a great place to stay with family, we definitely hope to go back again one day! We were also lucky enough to end up being put in a 2 bed to

The hot tub and heated pool were great. The townhouse was awesome and fully stocked kitchen with utensils, dishes...Great location! The beach is just a walk a away! We will definetley return!! Free shuttle service to anywhere in South Lake! Great resort!

When I arrived at the hotel, I was amazed. The outside of this resort looks nice and the location is beautiful. It is located right across from Heavenly so the view of the mountains was spectacular. The inside of the hotel has a 70's feel to it but everything was clean and every hotel staff I cam across was very friendly. The valet park was good,

There was a welcoming staff. The price was excellent value. My husband
loved to watch tv from the hot tub in the room. It was his birthday, he
was so happy he didn't want to go home. We were fortunate to have
the World Cup freestyle ski championships just next door. I left my
phone in the car or dropped it in the valet parking but they called me
to let me know they had found it

The suite we booked for 2 nights exceeded all expectations and had we
known how high the standard of accommodation was we would have factored
in a longer stay here during our trip. The pictures on the hotel website
do not do justice to how lovely the property actually is. Our stay here
definitely makes us want to return. -
