From the time we pulled up to the entrance and the car doors were opened
for us, we started to feel pampered before we ever entered the Hotel.
After that, it only got better. We felt like we were given special
treatment the whole time. I also want to say that the day we checked
out, the pretty young lady went above and beyond the call of duty. She

It was a great stay. The hotel is located in the heart of Atlanta with easy access to many business and leisure destinations. The comfort and service provided was exclusive. The Gym and Spa amenities were great to start the day! The Club membership was very helpful and food menu included was exclusive.

Heaven on earth in many ways, really. Room very clean, comfortable and
full accomodation what you might expect! Very friendly staff, not pushy
at all and ready to give you info. Free limousine service to distances
wirhin 3 miles, excellent and they also ask to pick you up if neccesary.

The staff at the Grand Hyatt Atlanta were friendly and paitent first and
foremost. We felt as if we were royal guest each time we returned to the
hotel after leaving. Lots of friendly smiling faces, doors opened, and
well wishes. We really like the robes provided during our stay as well.

We had an amazing suite close to 700sq ft, vs same price at Westin for a
300sq ft room with less amenities. Our room was very modern with a
kitchen, fully loaded with dishes and utensils, dining room table,

Staff could not have been nicer or more accomodating! Also, the courtesy car usage was an outstanding perk to have that enabled convenient transportation to nearby locations, and saved on taxi fares. The hotel felt safe and upscale in all aspects. Will recomment and will return, -

I really enjoyed my room with balcony. There was a full kitchen, so if someone needs to stay extended period, this will come in handy. I loved the location being right at Atlantic Station. Could walk to everything I wanted to see/do. -

The staff was great. We only had one slight issue and Ariana (I think that is how you spell her name) was great to work with. She made sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. She even suggested some places for us to visit while we were there. -

All the staff were great. It was a pleasant experience. The person who
checked me in was great. I wish I could remember her name. I wrote it
down and then lost it. I wish I could present her name. I had a
wonderful time. I wish I could have stayed longer, but the hotel is for
business travelers not so much for vacationers.

staff very accomodating. Everyone made us feel very welcome, even with a small child. The residence didn't seem to enjoy all the activites. -
