camere grandissime e confortevoli - These are not just hotel rooms, but full apartments. I got one with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, etc. A great experience! - The hotel is very good. The rooms are clean and very comfortable and the staff were very friendly.

It is a darling boutique hotel that I have stayed in several times. Right across the street is the Fox theatreas well as good restaurants within walking distance! Burgers at the Vortex are the best! The food we had through room service was prompt and delicious. We also got late check out with no problem. I will be staying there again! -

Even if there isn't, it is still centrally located to lots of good food and bars. also wonderful breakfast in the bistro w awesome coffee.

The hotel's location was close to museums, aquarium, and subway stop. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was large and very clean. The breakfast buffet was incredible and the lounge was fun and a nice place to hang out. -

My daughter cried on the way out that she didn't want to go home - and she loved the hotel. Although a professional conference was going on, the staff were fantastic and really great with our kids. - I was very satisfied with the customer service. I also appreciate the cleanest of the room as well as how decorative it was.

The inn was clean and within walking distance to the convention center complex and to the inner city (sky scrapers). It was guarded. It was close to a homeless shelter but we did not have any problems -
I have no complaints the security staff was very helpful when i needed assistance with something. I also felt secure while staying at this hotel

Staff could not have been nicer or more accomodating! Also, the courtesy car usage was an outstanding perk to have that enabled convenient transportation to nearby locations, and saved on taxi fares. The hotel felt safe and upscale in all aspects. Will recomment and will return, -
