I was pleasantly surprised. I have never stayed at a Sleep Inn but this
time I was trying to find an inexpensive hotel stay since I would be
arriving late and leaving early. My main concern this trip was not
spending too much money.

The hotel was very clean, up to date and inviting. We stayed for 3
nights in Asheville to visit the Biltmore House and visit a friend. The
continental breakfast was very good and had plenty of choices. The beds
were super comfortable, shower was nice and had plenty of hot water.
Floors were clean, and I didn't feel like it had to wear flip flops
in the room. The staff members were super friendly and very informative.
We will definitely stay there again. Great Value!!!

The rooms were large and clean. The bed was comfortable. One staff
couldn't have been more helpful. &Quot;Mesh" made sure that all
of our party were on the same floor in the more recently refurbished

The breakfast was all we needed to start the day and gave us a time and money savings. The view from the motel is beautiful but then again it is Asheville. The value the staff offered on the Biltmore 2-day package was the way to go! We extended our stay and the staff allowed at at the same rate...but forgot to OK our keys...no big deal. The staff also helped with a short cut into town. I give the staff hig grades

The staff was friendly, all shifts. The free breakfast spread was impressive, complete with proteins, fibers, (real) orange juice, fruit, make-your-own-waffles, coffee, tea, baked goods, etc. The bathroom shows the building's age, but it doesn't matter to us. This hotel was absolutely fabulous. The hospitality was over the top. This get together was for a very special occasion, and everyone involved was thrilled with the service from this hotel. Breakfast was quite good. Staff was excellent. Shuttle service within 5 miles a spectacular perk. Clean room with frig. ,microwave , free wi-fi, flat screen tv,and clean equipped bathroom. They have coffee and tea around the clock and fresh cookies every evening. This was an A+

I liked that when I mistakenly left a bag next to my car and drove off without it (in
Asheville, NC,a staff member found it and immediately turned it over to the management. It had all of my medications, jewelry, expensive camera equipment - everything most important to me - in it. I was extremely grateful for the person's honesty and integrity

We stayed at the Hampton inn for our 24th wedding anniversary. We were
greeted so kindly and was even given a gift certificate to a very nice
restaurant as a gift for our anniversary. Even printed out menus so we
could decide ahead if this would be a restaurant we would like to eat
at. We were going to the Biltmore the Nxt day They gave us step by step
directions to get there. We were very impressed we can't wait to go
back and stay there again very soon.

Every staff member I encountered was knowledgeable, responsive and
friendly. Incredibly comfortable bed and pillows, wonderful shower,
everything was very clean. I had a corner room with mountain views from
both windows. The room itself was well designed and decorated. Room
service prices were surprisingly reasonable and service was super fast. -

We booked just the night before and got a great smart deal, hen when we
arrived we were upgraded to a penthouse so our stay was perfect.
Can't really review standard rooms. Loved the idea of a voucher
towards cots of a la carte breakfast. Meant we had a smaller better
quality meal

Breakfast was good. Housekeeping supervisor was courteous and willing to please, she went out of her way to ensure that needs were met. Front desk person was helpful and knowledgeable about the area. -
Free upgrade to jacuzzi room because they didn't have the reservation.

Even though it rained and was a dreary weekend, the atmosphere inside the Inn was cosy and warm. There was plenty to do and a variety of places to eat right there and once we parked we didn't have to get out and drive around in the pouring rain to keep ourselves fed and entertained. The Grove Park Inn has a spectacular huge entrance with massive fireplaces--looks like the big lodges in National Parks. The old part of the Inn is historic and the setting is lovely in the mountains and on a beautiful golf course. The staff was very friendly and helpful for the most part. The full breakfast buffett is huge and rather expensive but you also can get less expensive food in the shop areas. The grounds are very well kept.

VERY nice staff and the owner waited up for us to arrive through a bad storm. I got what we needed: a low budget place that included a refrigerator and microwave. I am glad the owner is going to update the hotel. This is very convenient to downtown Asheville, only 10 min drive to UNC Asheville, and easily accessible to the Blue Ridge Parkway. The

Rooms were clean, roomy, decorating was a bit overdone and busy. When we
asked why the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't seem to be working,
someone eventually explained that the exhaust fan was on the roof and
vented all the floors at once. It was very quiet and very efficient.
When we decided to stay an extra night, the hotel gave us a better rate
than letsbookhotel.com. In the future, I will compare rates with the hotel
directly before going through letsbookhotel.com. However, I wouldn't ha

The bellhop/valet/concierge Brian was phenomenal! Gave great recommendations, very polite and friendly and more than helpful. The entire staff was amazing, but during our stay we saw him most. The rooms are great (HUGE) which was very helpful (we were there for our wedding and had a lot of extra luggage). Hotel is within walking distance to great shopping and food! Overall great!
