I was pleasantly surprised. I have never stayed at a Sleep Inn but this

The hotel was very clean, up to date and inviting. We stayed for 3
nights in Asheville to visit the Biltmore House and visit a friend. The
continental breakfast was very good and had plenty of choices. The beds
were super comfortable, shower was nice and had plenty of hot water.
Floors were clean, and I didn't feel like it had to wear flip flops
in the room. The staff members were super friendly and very informative.
We will definitely stay there again. Great Value!!!

The breakfast was all we needed to start the day and gave us a time and money savings. The view from the motel is beautiful but then again it is Asheville. The value the staff offered on the Biltmore 2-day package was the way to go! We extended our stay and the staff allowed at at the same rate...but forgot to OK our keys...no big deal. The staff also helped with a short cut into town. I give the staff hig grades

The staff was friendly, all shifts. Great location for me - a few minutes from both downtown and from UNC Asheville. The immediate area around the hotel was mostly high density commercial - chain restaurants, chain hotels, a shopping mall, etc. but since the hotel was set back a good distance from the main road it was still quite quiet. Nice location, one block walk from Asheville mall. Nice comfortable king bed with nice bedding and soft pillows. Very quiet if you want to sleep in. We were on the end room beside the elevator and heard absolutely no one on a very busy weekend. Everyone was friendly and there's coffee and cookies in the lobby 24 hours a day. Nice stay

Breakfast was quite good. Staff was excellent. Shuttle service within 5 miles a spectacular perk. Clean room with frig. ,microwave , free wi-fi, flat screen tv,and clean equipped bathroom. They have coffee and tea around the clock and fresh cookies every evening. This was an A+

I liked that when I mistakenly left a bag next to my car and drove off without it (in
Asheville, NC,a staff member found it and immediately turned it over to the management. It had all of my medications, jewelry, expensive camera equipment - everything most important to me - in it. I was extremely grateful for the person's honesty and integrity

We stayed at the Hampton inn for our 24th wedding anniversary. We were
greeted so kindly and was even given a gift certificate to a very nice
restaurant as a gift for our anniversary. Even printed out menus so we
could decide ahead if this would be a restaurant we would like to eat
at. We were going to the Biltmore the Nxt day They gave us step by step
directions to get there. We were very impressed we can't wait to go
back and stay there again very soon.

When we got there we were tired from having been at a conference for
several days. We got a room next to the elevator and asked the staff for
a room farther away. They immediately accommodated us with a room (ended
up being a suite) at the end of a hallway. It was great. -

Loved the nice warm cozy feel of the hotel. The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast was pretty good. I loved that they had fresh cookies and apples every day at the front, and the staff was amazing and very nice. They made you feel like family. It was great bang for your buck. It was everything I could want in a $45/night hotel. The room was clean, the bed was bed-bug free and very comfortable, and the tv was big. -

"Fresh remodel" is the best way to describe the accomodations. My bed was very comfortable, there was fresh paint on the walls, and the furniture sparkled. The remodel seemed to be in full swing, there were friendly and personable workers around the property.
