There was plenty of crockery and cutlery - The staff were friendly and obliging. We had to call housekeeping for a few items, and they were prompt and helpful. The apartment was spacious (we had an executive suite). The kitchen was stocked, although it would have been nice to have some kitchen towels and dish soap to do the dishes rather than leave them for housekeeping. We used the metro during most of our weekend, but taxis were easy to find. The hotel is within walking distance (3 minutes) to Sharaf Metro Station, and within walkin

  good location. i stayed in a 2-bedroom-apartment, which was a great value for money. very clean. all the necissities are available. i'd certainly come back to this hotel and recommend it to my friends - verey nice hotel .

Very good location but need to locate it on your map before going to avoid extra charge for taxi. Very friendly staff to be mentioned too. - We took a two-bedroom, for four adults. The room is very large, each room has its own bathroom with a toilet and another separate toilet. There is a large kitchen, you can cook breakfast there we just did. Two huge balconies. From the nearest subway 10-15 minutes. There are few places where you can eat normally.
