  Friendly staff specially the reception team, the assistant manager (Nader) was responding personally to all guests requests. Also all observations were addressed in exceptionally quick way compared to other even 5 stars hotels. I also liked the access granted to the Beach resort. Facilities are good , food is good but not high quality. Room rates are very good . Overall a very nice hotel to stay in.
