The first day we arrived at the hotel we did not check in until the next
day. This was so we could drop our luggage off and go on a overnight
desert safari. They were very accommodating with storing our luggage and
letting us access it. They do have free wireless internet in the rooms

Stayed for 2 days at this apartment and found them well equipped and roomy with kitchen albeit with no views other that the buildings next door.
Check-in was efficient and staff were friendly.
Well located next to the Mall of the Emirates and with a small grocery store and café located close by.
We didn't get to eat breakfast here as we woke late however, my observation of the menu seemed to indicate a reasonable array of choice. I didn't get to use the pool or gym either so cant pass comment h

good location. i stayed in a 2-bedroom-apartment, which was a great value for money. very clean. all the necissities are available. i'd certainly come back to this hotel and recommend it to my friends - verey nice hotel .

The staff were friendly and obliging. We had to call housekeeping for a few items, and they were prompt and helpful.
The apartment was spacious (we had an executive suite). The kitchen was stocked, although it would have been nice to have some kitchen towels and dish soap to do the dishes rather than leave them for housekeeping.
We used the metro during most of our weekend, but taxis were easy to find. The hotel is within walking distance (3 minutes) to Sharaf Metro Station, and within walkin

The hotel is relatively new and is very clean. The rooms are of a good size and well equipped. Also the sauna\swimming pool\ massage saloon facilities are well maintained and comfortable. In general a pleasant stay and good value for the money. -

L'hotel è molto bello! La nostra camera (suite) era molto spaziosa, ben arredata, accogliente e con 3 bagni!
La colazione era molto varia e buona! Ottimo ed economico lo "Zuri" il ristorante a buffet dell'albergo! Ma sopratutto una nota di merito a tutto lo staff: disponibile, attento, cortese, sorridente e con n occhio di riguardo per i bambini!

La pulizia, la disponibilita' dello staff, la camera, la vicinanza
al Mall of Emirates. L'albergo ha una forte cultura Musulmana ma non
ivasiva come tutta Dubai. Al nostro arrivo (senza valigie... Air
France....) si sono prodigati e non poco. La colazione è variegata. La
piscina in terrazza piccola ma essenziale.

That it was cheap, with very good value for money.also the system of security as I forgot my IPAD when checked out from hotel. I soon discovered that and called them to check it. they kindly called me back within 10 minutes and informed me to found it and come and pickit. when came back the security handeled it to me after signature and proper documentation. I am very thankful for the honest cleaning staff who found it and reported it, -
I arrived very late, they kept my reservation, I checked-in in few minutes, my room was comfortable, room service was fast, I slept well, had coffee in my room next morning, and got ready for a busy day in a very good mood. The location was very convenient and I parked my rent car free.
