The Jumeirah always does it right, from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, you feel very well taken care of. The staff were amazing. The hotel is less then one year old and is spotless, although you get the impression that it will stay that way forever as the staff are constantly cleaning. The location is nearer Dubai old town with the many souks etc. It is part of the Jumeirah chain so you can use Jumeirah beach hotel, madinat, WIld Wadi etc for free.

From the moment we were picked up from the airport the service was AMAZING, this hotel and the staff are the creme de la creme when it comes to the ideal break, I cannot find fault with one single thing, without doubt we have found our perfect retreat and are already planning our next visit and will continue coming back now forever more, simply wow, thank you.

Room w/balcony , location was great, both room service and the adult
beverage emporiums were well run, food available in grocers, restaurants
and via the hotel were a good value. Yes there were working girls but
they were understanding of 'no' thank you. One of the two clubs
required 100 aed in the evening they of course had no profit from me.

I liked the facilities (well equipped gym and spa) (nice pool) and the location, the staff were very helpful and friendly. There are somany exciting things to do at the galleria like shopping, ice skating, nice restaurants, the only revolving restaurant in dubai which is at the hotel part of hyatt, i liked that we had acces to the hyatt regency hotel. Oh and the view fron our room was breath taking.
