Abbiamo dovuto cambiare camera 3 volte. Nella prima un'odore di vernice fresca insopportabile, nella seconda infiltrazioni di fumo dalla canna fumaria delle cucine. Nel garage c'erano materassi e materiale edile sparso. Colazione scarsa e di bassa qualità

Fantastic. Staff are friendly, Helpfull, although they say "Good Morning" even though its the night, never the less, the staff always have a smiling face on them.

Internet connection is not free. When i was there, it costs 80 Dirhams a day, 400 dirhams a week. Most of the people went to the lobby to access their laptops. Most probably its free there.

Very polite and effiicient staff. I arrived at about 10am and was allowed to check in early which was great! There was plenty of room in the apartment, and all you would need to make your stay really comfortable.

Only that the kitchen wasn't equipped with cutlery and tea towel, dishliquid etc otherwise house keeping was great, clean

Staff very friendly and helpful, the facilities were fantastic - gym, salon, sauna, pool and jacuzzi

The breakfast area is very unorganised, tables are not cleaned quick enough for the next seating and the food trays were often empty and we had to ask for them to be filled

10 minutes walk from Mall of Emirates. Very easy to find a taxi at every time of the day. Friendly stuff and very good location. High raccomanded

Our three night stay was very enjoyable. The staff could not have been more helpful. The pool a neccesity and the Hall of Emirates was within walking distance ... even in the heat of the day.

The house keeping was very efficient as the room was always kept clean. I find this very satisfying as I went with four children who kept messing the whole place up.

I didn't really enjoy the breakfast.

staff are nice, food at salaam namaste is a place you got go best dishes ive had... my opinion was shared by many.. They allow guest to your room excellet and helpful staff.

The laundry expess service doesnt work on some day if you late then dont expext it.

Very convenient location and good value for money.

Unknown to many taxi drivers and they don't like taking you on short journeys (ie. from apartment to Mall of teh Emirates and back)

Proximity within Dubai and to Mall of Emirates was great. Customer service was excellent!

Apartment did not have adequate kitchen tools such as plates, bowls, forks and no dinner knives. Otherwise, all was good!

The hotel location is very good; only 10 minutes walk to the Mall of Emirates and 10 minutes taxi drive to Jumeirah beach. The apartment was cosy and practical. Living there with a baby was easy.

Gym personnel did not make the gym too inviting. It felt like using the gym and swimming pool was not recommended. We had also some problems with reception personnel while calling a taxi to the airport. Cleaning personnel was excellent!!

The situation close to Emirate Mall.

The bathroom stanks terrible out of the waste pipe.

The staff were very friendly and efficient. I arrived at 7am and although normal check in time was 2pm, they allowed me to have the room. Great when you have had a long flight!

Aircondition is not fairly distributred among the rooms. Only one small cloth cabenit available in 2 bedroom apartment. windows can not be close completly therfore you can hear the streat noise.

Good response from the staff when any assistance required

The breakfast dishes were the same through out our stay and very little served which they would not replace some you therefore end up with very minimal variety if you are not among the few early birds e.g the frist 10-15 guests will get the muffins or croisants and the rest of the guests will have to make do with bread only.
