Tutto. E' un hotel straordinario, nuovo, moderno, elegante, sobrio. Tutto lo staff è eccezionalmente gentile e professionale. La colazione è impressionante, c'è di tutto… addirittura il latte di cammello!!! L'hotel illuminato di sera toglie il fiato. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool facility was a bonus. Taxis and right outside the door. I paid less for a six night stay here than I did for a three night stay right next door at the Staybridge Suites!

Location for my work at Airport.
Front desk staff were all very patient and efficient (especially as my booking wasn't recognised!!). Bar staff all very friendly. Swimming pool a bonus as it was particularly hot and humid this trip. I like the 24 hour deli for a quick sandwich or coffee. The business facilities were useful to me again.

Our rooms were upgraded at no cost, we were given the suite with living
room, our family stay was pleasant. Our 2 kids (7 yrs & 3 yrs old)
enjoyed the pool very much. Lifeguards were always present &
watchful. Me & my wife enjoyed the sundowners bar with cocktail
drinks while the kids swam at the children's pool. Breakfast at Jing
Asia was splendid. What I liked best is that the wifi connection was
quick/fast (even if all 4 mobile gadgets - phones & tablets were

Tutto perfetto dalla camera al prezzo passando per i ristoranti
veramente tutto a posto. Staff professionale e molto gentile. Colazione fantastica con materie prime eccellenti. Vicinissimo al circuito di F1 al ferrari world e alla spiaggia di Yas Island beach appena aperta in febbraio e con ingresso gratuito per i clienti dell' hotel.

Simply a perfect place for children. My 3 yo son loved feeding Giraffes, Zebras and deers right infront of our room/chalet. The fact is the Hotel is in a middle of a very clean/organized Zoo, so you can do the zoo-round and when he nagging starts, simple go back to the room and relax.

The hotel was incredible and having giraffes and zebras outside your front door was amazing. The chalets were spacious and tastefully decorated. An extra bonus is that to visit the zoo is also free of charge, reception will organise guests complimentary tickets. Overall this hotel is excellent and for the price is by far the best value for money I have come across and I stay in many hotels for business. Would definitely recommend and cant wait to return.

The hotel was like a home away from home. I booked a single room but due to unavailability, i was upgraded to a suite FOC. The suite had all the facilities you could want in a home. There is a shopping mall at the other wing so it was very conveninent to shop while i lodged, and it was fully accessible from the hotel. I'll be there again next year
