This is the perfect oasis away from the high rise buildings of Dubai. The hotel is calm, quiet and well laid out. Staff are efficient and extremely attentive without being in the way.

We have stayed here a few times now and every room that we have had has been of very high quality - we only book a "standard" room but it really is quite luxurious -
Beautiful, luxurious, very helpful staff. I loved being close to City Centre and a metro (I often just did the 15 minute walk, as I liked going through the golf course area with birds). Again, extremely gracious staff - high marks to my room service deliverer, the ladies at the front desk, my server at Traiteur, and the gentlemen out front. High marks, all!

Very caring and polite staff who respond to issues 24/7. Hotel is exceptionally clean . Excellent breakfast, hard working and friendly chefs. Hard a very nice time.

The rooms are just great. We were in a spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Clean towels and bed sheets on a daily basis.

bedroom apartment which was very spacious for our family of five.It was
clean regularly and all the staff was very friendly.As most of the time
we were out during the day time so our interaction was with Mr Rajesh of

Great staff, great studio, safe location 3 minutes walk to the closest mall (Al-Ghurair Mall), 4 minute walk to closest supermarked (Spinneys). Great area to skate nearby. You have the metro very close too 5-7 min. -
I liked the interior design of the hotel.. I also liked the cofort feeling which myself and my wife felt... Its not a laxurious hot

Avevamo prenotato una camera executive, poi visto il nostro arrivo molto anticipato (09.00 con il check in previsto alle 14.00) ci hanno proposto una suite con un piccolo supplemento che era subito disponibile.
La colazione molto abbondante e varia con cibi provenienti da tutto il mondo e per tutti i gusti.

It was a glorious surprise and the suite was really luxurious, comfortable, and offered a magnificent view from the 28th floor. In short, we liked everything about this hotel and will sure stay here again in the near future. -
The hotel is now even better than before. The management really take note of customer comments. For example, I found a kettle in the room with tea and coffee making facilities this time. The room service is fast and very efficient and the quality of food is excellent as always. The speed of the check in and check out formalities has improved greatly.
