All the staff I met were professional, polite, and friendly. They made my stay very enjoyable. The location was very close to where I needed to be for business. The fact it was an apartment rather than a hotel room ( and for very little more than where I had originally planned on staying) was a pleasant surprise. It was very comfortab

Nice staff, clean tidy place, wish we could have stayed longer. We arrived really early in the moring and had booked just one night, we should have booked for 2 nights but the manager allowed us into the room early and didn't charge us for early occupation. We also left the hotel after the usual departure time and we were not charged extra for that

Staff were friendly and efficient. Rooms are very comfortable and work well for my family. Hotel is close to Deira City Centre Mall which is very convenient. - The apartments were great, especially with 2 kids.

posizione, e il suo bar - staff were most accommodating having arrived at 1am for checkin... they also drove us to the airport with our 4 massive pieces of luggage as they coud not hail a taxi big enough - Greta for the price. Shuttle bus to beach and shopping handy. Staff friendly. Would stay there again

The hotel was in a convenient location for ease of getting to most places in Dubai. The staff were friendly and although a little dated the hotel was clean and comfortable.
