  the hotel was very efficient at check in and out. the room was lovely and clean. it seemed newly refurbished and very comfortable. we had an evening meal in the restaurant. the service was a little slow but the food was excellent.we have been 2 years in a row for our anniversary and cant fault it as so near to the shops and bars. - The room was cle... cosa dice la gente » an, had all facilities and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in !   Fantastic environment for a family trip to marwell zoo! We loved theattention to detail in the hotel and rooms even down to the animal printmugs and penguin biscuits! We will definately be back and were eventalking about making a trip later in the year! - The staff were very friendly and helpfull, the food was great and theroom service
