The Alexander is conveniently located for a nights stay as I was bringing my daughters belongings back from her university lodgings. The staff were super accommodating and allowed us to check in at 1130am. They wished me a very happy hen do and were friendly and helpful. The bedrooms are spacious and give off a luxuarious feel. The door staff in the evening ensures that no drunken randoms come into the hotel and disturb anyone. perfect location for anyone visiting Swansea, easy to park in the mulitistorey that the hotel kindly validate your ticket so its only £5.

Everything was great. Right from the start there was the friendly welcome at the check-in. The room was very spacious with a large sofa. Breakfast was very good and plenty in spite of the room being very full at Father's Day. It was easy to get to town on foot and in a good location for a visit to The Mumbles. The supermarket next door is also very convenient.

Customer service was amazing. Every member of staff was friendly, happy and helpful and genuinely seemed to enjoy working there. In particular the man on reception who booked us in, checked we had a roll out bed and booked us a taxi all in one go and the very cheerful chef! Everyone said hello and smiled. Husband witnessed the hotel manager talking to another resident about an issue and she dealt with it very confidently and professionally. Well done

Staff were helpful and friendly, room was clean,comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was excellent, as much as you like and very tasty. Taybarns evening food was good and cheap with helpful, friendly staff. Will definatly stay again.
