Cosa dice la gente
This was my first trip to Swansea so I went with an open mind. I had booked the hotel because of its location and price. The staff at reception were so welcoming and friendly and supplied us with maps and details of places of interest. The rooms were clean and comfortable and although we were overlooking some rather lively bars we were not disturbed by the locals. We had an evening meal deal which was great value.I would definately stay here again and the male receptionist made a great first impr. tutti gli commenti dei clienti »
The staff were super accommodating and allowed us to check in at 1130am. They wished me a very happy hen do and were friendly and helpful. The bedrooms are spacious and give off a luxuarious feel. The door staff in the evening ensures that no drunken randoms come into the hotel and disturb anyone. perfect location for anyone visiting Swansea, easy to park in the mulitistorey that the hotel kindly validate your ticket so its only £5.
The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. All I asked for was a
blanket one night and they came up and fitted the couch with a cover,
sheets, blankets, and pillows. Very helpful and kind, and the rooms were
very comfortable and clean. The location was also very convenient.
Within walking distance of the beach, shopping, and Dylan Thomas's
house. Very close to the bus station as well to get to other locations.
Excellently situated, just a 3 minute walk to the shopping area, 5 mins to the Marina, train and bus stations also very close by.
The room was spacious, very comfortable and clean. There were extra pillows provided. I asked for a quiet room which is exactly what I got.
I'd use this hotel again without a doubt.
The hotel was clean, ie my room, the public areas and restaurant areas and the bed extremely comfortable. Considering the hotel is in the city centre there was no noise whatsoever to keep me awake at night. Staff were helpful and courteous and the food in the restaurant was excellent.
Room and bed were very comfortable and I slept well. A good choice of TV channels. The breakfast was good and I liked that the staff took the cooked breakfast order and asked how many eggs, bacon rashers etc. that you wanted.
The room and conditions were very nice. located in centre of Swansea, had a nice meal in a nice restaurant oposit to hotel. certainly with next visit in swansea gonna stay in premier inn.
thank you.
Lovely staff, clean, tidy room and very spacious. Very quiet and peaceful considering surroundings and fab nights sleep!! Would recommend this hotel to anyone, and I would definitely stay here again!.
Absolutely loved staying here and would definately stay here again! Young girl at the desk was a really nice girl and helped us with everything. would definately recommend, great staff to.
The location to dockside and close proximity to bus and rail stations very good. Friendly and efficient staff. Large room, good TV reception. Everything very clean.
Location next to lots of restaurants was ideal as we were just staying one night on business and could pop out to eat and be back in the room for an early night.
fab hotel ive stayed a few in swansea and this one was by far the cleanest very helpful staff and great location very happy will deff be booking again lisa.
the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially where it is located at the end of what can only be described as carnage on wind street on a weekend.
Happy with everything! short walk to the Swansea GrandTheatre, and Bus station was near the Swansea Grand!staff were very friendly and helpful!.
place was really clean and comfortable. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Will recommend same anyday. Kudos to the management and staff.
Location of the hotel is directly at the Wind Street, a street with a lot of pubs. Also the beach is nearby. Breakfast and room service was top.
Brilliant location next to bars and restaurants and the Marina. Easy, reasonable parking. Nice and friendly staff. Comfy bed and a hot shower!.
Room was spotless and also very friendly staff, one who helped me gain access to my room as left key in room and partner sleeping.
Staff very helpful. Location fantastic. Covered car park right 'next door' - only £5 per day if you pay hotel rather than NCP.
Went with my sister and 91 year old Mum. Staff extremely helpful at all times. Great breakfast just what we needed.
The staff were so very helpful and friendly. The room was lovely and spacious, the beds were very comfortable.
The friendly, approachable and welcoming people who are very eager to provide assistance when sought.
Liked the fact that Frankie and Benny's is just around the corner and the beds were very comfortable.
Clean, comfortable, good to be able to control the temperature in the room, quiet once in the room.
Very helpful staff couldn't do enough for us, great value for money will definitely be back.
Stayed there on numerous occasions over the years...tried & tested....excellent place..
staff on check in were very friendly and smart and it was very central for the nightlife.
Staff were really friendly and helpful. It's always great to be recieved with a smile.

Friendly staff. Clean, comfortable and quiet room.
Good value for money.
Easy accessibility to shops, university, city centre and friendly staff.
Staffs are helpful and polite. The breakfast is brilliant. Rooms clean.
Quiet, comfortable room. Good restaurant offering take away food!.
Very friendly and helpful reception (Heather) staff on 14th June.
Fab location for a night out. Was within stumbling distance.
excellent friendly staff & good inexpensive parking.
Excellent apart from the lingering smell in the room.
Friendly staff adequate restaurant good location.
The location - very close to the city centre!.
The staff were extremely helpful & polite.
Location is excellent for city and sea front.
Great Staff
Room was lovely, and great value.
The conveience to shops and resturants etc.
Everything!
Will be back there very soon!.
location and frendly helpful staff.
Unfortunately the fire alarms went off in the middle of the first night due to a technical fault but that could not be helped and was rectified. On a positive note it proved the alarms worked well!.
Literally nothing...it was great.
The only thing I can suggest is a second chair in the room would have been really helpful.
have no objections.
all was great, enjoyed my stay.
Only had 1/2 free wifi per day but it was manageable - got my emails done quickly.
Tried to pre-pay the room twice with a hotel worker who assured me it would be done, only to arrive and the payment hadn't happened. This was very frustrating as I then had to use a personal credit card rather than the company one to pay for the rooms.
the staff mistakenly giving our room key to a nonguest and finding this guest in our room on return from a night out.
it could of been worse.
nothing to dislike.
Nothing.
Nothing.
Hotel is slightly dated but it's not new and therefore to be ewxpected. The disabled room we asked for for our Mum was a long way from the lift so we were glad of her wheechair. Also the door to the bathroom was very heavy and at 91 impossible for her to close. More modern Premier Inns have a wet room, but between us it was OK and didn't spoil our short break.
The worst aspect was the air conditioning.. it didn't work and the room was so very stuffy and too warm to bear and yet the hotel itself was much cooler.
Also there was only one chair in the room, this was inconvenient as we were with our two grandchildren aged 2 and 3 so were were spending evenings in and would have preferred to have been able to sit on chairs for a cuppa etc.
The air conditioning was very loud causing disrupted sleep.
The walk through Swansea City Centre to get there - felt very unsafe!.
the night staff woke us to ask us to keep noise down and we were asleep they woke us up so clearly the noise was coming from next door not too happy!!.
Bath tub was a bit old and parking facilites where a bit expensive!.
We didn't dislike anything at all.
nothing we enjoyed our stay.
Night roadworks noise under our windows.
A bit of a trek from the train station.
Breakfast and restaurant a little overpriced.
Nothing.
Hair on the bath tub and in the mugs.
Directions!.
There was nothing that I did not particularly dislike.
No problems.
Lingering smell in the room - something to do with drain.
Parking.
Paying for parking.
Not knowing the car park closed at might which meant I incurred
even more parking costs despite the fact I'd paid Up front for
two nights.
Access is difficult to find by car, poor instructions to park in NCP. No information on discounted charge of £5.00. P 24hr.
Air conditioning didn't work, and we didn't feel we could ring down to ask.
Found out when we were leaving that we had been sleeping on a broken bed.
\paying for parking.
Nothing!.
