  The restaurant was very good, the hotel was spotless. The receptionist on duty for most of our stay was extremely nice, and very helpful, her name was Denise , a lovely person!. I am sure that when we are in the area again we will be stopping at Harmer Hill. - Room big enough for four. Plenty of choice for breakfast at Table Table which was attached to the Premier Inn via an internal door.

  I particularly liked the friendliness of the staff that dealt with us, as they were very welcoming and helpful, plus the overall cleanliness and quality of the hotel.   The staff and the service was brilliant. I stayed there with my partner and it was a lovely place to spend the weekend. The room was spotless and had everything you'd expect there to be plus more. The breakfast was really nice as well. We stayed in the lodge which is just round the back of the hotel. When the hotel heard about this in the morning they were very quick and help - The food was excellent, the staff were obviously well trained and friendly, there were plenty of small parts that added up to a very pleasant stay such as milk in jugs and not cartons, somewhere for the cartons at breakfast, good quality serviettes at mealtimes, clean corridors where it was difficult to keep clean (we ran a finger along a dado rail!) and, joy of joys there was a Country & Western night in their extension and not one sound escaped!

  Simon couldn't have been more accomodating. He made us feel welcome and genuinely wanted us to enjoy our stay. The staff are very obviously happy working there which speaks volumes. the food was excellent and simple and well priced. There is obviously a good local trade and a variety of age groups which again is very encouraging. The accommodation... cosa dice la gente » was also well priced and good value and was very comfortable. there is a good atmosphere throughout and we will certainly stay again. - Clean and comfortable room. Although initial problem with the breakfast times did provide cereals and orange juice and a bottle of wine as an apology.
