  The staff were excellent over my 2 day stay. The food was delicious and good value which isn't always the case for hotels. The rooms were very modern and very clean with walk in showers. The location is spot on for the town centre as its 10 minutes walk max and 5 minutes to the football stadium and train station. The fact that we could choose and buy films to watch was good.The breakfast choice was excellent and the fact that we could choose how much and what we wanted to eat.   We were very pleased with our complete stay at the Brook Hotel, and would be very happy to recommend this Hotel to all who demand good value for money. YES very happy indeed Thank You - The room was a good size, nice comfy clean bed, bath and a power shower, kettle for the hangover coffee, Tv with free-view channels. Room service.

  I traveled over to the area for a two day flyball seminar and wanted somewhere that was happy to accommodate my two dogs as well as myself. The owners were great and very helpful. Room was perfect situated just across the way from the main house with separate entrance and shower, toilet facilities across the corridor. C - A nice and peaceful location. Only a couple of miles away from Newmarket. The breakfast was great. Really set me up for the day. A nice added touch to have a little bottle of Actimel to drink. The room was nice and comfortable and a good size. Was really kind of Wally to give me and my daughter a lift into Newmarket in the morning instead of having to get a taxi. If we do visit Newmarket again we would consider staying again.

  What a find! We stayed here whilst touring on our motorbikes and were impressed from the moment we walked in. Ultra-friendly staff showed us to our immaculate room, and that attitude continued through the evening in the bar - they were a real credit to the owners. I'd recommend The Bell to anyone. - Room clean and tidy, good thick towels. The Bell is a pub, so if you dont want to hear the noises of a Pub, dont stay here! I was above the kitchen which was noisy during service, but was quiet long before I went to sleep! The rump steak was superb, with a lovely Pepper corn sauce. I have paid a lot more for places that were not as nice.
