  I am sorry to know the Watermill is under threat. It is one of very few hotels in Paisley. It is comfortable and friendly and the room clean and fresh. The location by the river was a real bonus. Effort to sustain and improve would turn this from Good hotel to a very good one.   Extremely pleasant, friendly and helpful staff. Our room wasn't ready on arrival but the staff took our bags, jackets etc. We had a great lunch and our room cards were brought to us in the restaurant and our bags etc were already in the room.   Overall very good, enjoyed our two night stay there with our son and his friend, 19 and 20 years. We were in Dunoon to do activiities ie, speed boat one day and quadbiking. Ideal base, the hotels own menu very reasonable, only used it one night and were very happy.
