  Comfortable cottage with small but nice kitchen. Excellent location close to sea and Brodick. Lots to see and do nearby. My children (8 and 11) liked the space outside including the tennis court. - Lovely cottage. Very clean and in a great location above lamlash.

  Excellent value for money. Room was small and basic but also clean and comfortable exactly what we needed. Restraunt and bar facilities have recently been refurbished to a very high standard. Full Scottish breakfast served with tea or coffee was excellent and a massive portion.   The hotel was in a lovely location, a perfect break before travelling further into Scotland. The welcome was genuinely friendly and all staff were very helpful. Although not included in the price of room our £8 Full Scottish breakfast was plentiful and the Haggis was lovely. Rooms were very comfortable having been recently updated, contemporary, stylish, clean and with the oak skirting boards and door jambs etc - the location was stupendous and we had probably the best room in the hotel for the view - the room was both spacious and comfortable and kept spotlessly clean - many of the staff were young but very professional and polite - the hotel itself was very quirky in its layout but we kind of liked that - the food we had at t-he hotel was OK nothing really to complain about but also nothing exceptional - the cullen skink however was delicious - however if we stay here again we will be mindful of the c

  We were placed in Room 5 - what an fantastic room - thankyou, just a simple point but it displays the friendliness of your reception personnel. My wife and myself went to breakfast. We then met some friends who were residents in the hotel who had missed breakfast. The gentleman on reception arranged tea and toast for which there was no charge. Pleasant staff, good food, comfortable hotel with a great deal of charm - altogether great value for money!
