  very close to the city centre,close to theatre and concert venues,also reception got us tickets face value for concert,also left phone charger but was sent to us with no fuss excellent service - This overnight stay was a gift for Anniversary for relatives. They were extremely happy with the hotel and the facilities.

  The friendly atmosphere of Michael and Marion was the best part of the stay. We stayed in many B&Bs on this trip and their service and hospitality was superior to all others we stayed at so far. Even though we got lucky and were able to stay only one night after a cancellation we became friends and felt like we were there for a week. Their place is absolutely a five star experience on - We only stayed one night, but Marion and Mike made us feel so very welcome from the moment we stepped in the front door. The Hotel was spotless. Our room was beautiful and the view was spectacular. We even managed to catch a glimpse of the sperm whale in the bay, from our bedroom window. Breakfast was excellent. This is one of the nicest Hotels in Oban (and we have been in a few) we will definitely be back; as we were so sorry we couldn't stay a couple more days. My parents were also visiting

  Beautiful house with lovely lounge to sit in. Charming large bedrooms with excellent, tasteful decor, couches and attractive en suites. Proprietors, Michael and Joyce, friendly and attentive. Delicious breakfasts. Nice experience, staying in someone's home, which is like a boutique hotel, rather than in some chain hotel. From the friendly greeting on arrival, assistance with luggage, to the catering for my Wife’s special breakfast needs. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable.   I just loved the whole house. Iam usually very nervous while staying in a new place but as soon as i walked towards the house, i was at ease. The people were so kind and freindly. I will defeniatly be back.
