  I was there for my retirement party, arrangements were taken care of by 2 collegues, food was excellent, staff very friendly.   The staff were all very friendly and attentive. There was a mistake with the extras we had ordered and this was dealt with quickly with a deduction taken off our bill. The bed was very comfortable and although we both prefer a bath the shower was excellent. We liked the cocktail menu and range of rums. - Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Hotel was nice and quite at night so allowed for a great nights sleep. Complimentary minibar was a nice touch too.

  The rooms were of a luxurious standard and spotlessly clean. The breakfast selection was amazing and the plates and food were piping hot.   Location... not far from Queen Street station by taxi and as we were going to a concert in the SECC being able to walk via the walkway was a huge benefit. Despite the hotel being really busy the staff were efficent and very chatty. I have never slept in a bed so big and comfy before.
