I am sorry to know the Watermill is under threat. It is one of very few hotels in Paisley. It is comfortable and friendly and the room clean and fresh. The location by the river was a real bonus. Effort to sustain and improve would turn this from Good hotel to a very good one. It has my vote of confidence -

The Staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very well decorated and comfortable and the price was excellent. We would definately like to stay there again. - Friendly atmosphere, staff were very attentive, rooms and meal choice were excellent. Rooms were of the right standard for the traveller.

No charge for my cats! A £10 per pet extra charge makes a big difference to the room price. I only had one short night in the hotel en route from Tiree to Somerset and for this purpose it was an excellent choice . Tea making facilities saved time which would otherwise be spent having breakfast and allowed for an excuse to stop for breakfast at T

I booked 3 nights here as price was right. Room small and sparse but adequate for our simple needs.
The hotel is under a car park and besides a casino, bowling alley and cinema, like a mini mall enclave.
As this is budget stay - you pay for extras. Save 2 quids if you don't get room serviced during your extended stay.
Internet is 3 quids for 2 timed hours and signal available at the breakfast hall on 6th. It is fast though so that was fine.

Good clean accomodation in a spacious room, good shower pressure, comfy bed. We stayed for the one night as a place to get some sleep as we travelled down south, room had all we needed for the night. Plenty of parking available. Lady on reception was very friendly and ponited us in the direction for some places for dinner. Deals available on break

The staff were fantastic; they were friendly, welcoming and well presented.
The lounge was tastefully decorated and you could be forgiven for thinking that you were in a boutique hotel rather than a chain.
Our room, while being compact still had a luxurious feel which was great.
I had the full Scottish breakfast which I was very pleased with as it looked appetizing and tasted as good as it looked.
I managed to get a really good rate for our room and a discount on breakfast as we booked online.

We had three rooms, the family room being a huge room with plenty of space for kids and parents. The employees were very kind. There was a fire in May and although the staff have done well at clean up, there is still a lingering smell of smoke in the main building..we had to get air spray to mask the smell. Breakfast was served in the adjoining pub, a full English or continental..fine but not fab. Good for seeing Stirling and Bourne Castles.

The room is bright and clean. Although we had an external bathroom,
there were no complaints at all because the bathroom was really huge.
Quite a selection of complementry drinks in the room. Free bottle of
mineral water which is uncommon for bed and breakfast. The guest house
is very homely and tastefully decorated. The much ravelled about eggs
benedict is really awesome, a good selection of cerals and fruits too.
No complains at all. Beautiful beach walking distance away.
