the extras we had ordered and this was dealt with quickly with a
deduction taken off our bill. The bed was very comfortable and although

... cosa dice la gente » ey allowed us to check in 3 hours early. The rooms were really stylish and a nice size. Good location about 10 minutes walk to shops. Hotel was nice and quite at night so allowed for a great nights sleep. Complimentary minibar was a nice touch too.

we were treated brilliantly from check in to checkout by the same member of staff who also served breakfast .Chris was very helpfull when we first arrived showing us all the places we were wanting to visit on a map which invaluable to us.He showed interest in us and at breakfast he asked how we had enjoyed our night .He was very good his job and

Very big rooms!!!! So you have a lot of space for your luggage etc. You can really feel and see that this is a brand new hotel. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely return! PS, they don't have a car park, but it is not a problem as they have a lot of vey cheap parking facilities just around the corner.

Comfortable cottage with small but nice kitchen. Excellent location close to sea and Brodick. Lots to see and do nearby. My children (8 and 11) liked the space outside including the tennis court. -

Personale gentile e disponibile!!! - l'albergo è vicino al centro, facilmente raggiungibile dall'autostrada e con un ampio parcheggio pubblico scoperto proprio di fronte, con il quale l'albergo è convenzionato e quindi a costo moderato

Our daughter (20 months) would not settle and the staff kindly heated a bottle of milk (after midnight) and gave me a separate room to go with her so my husband could sleep before driving in the morning. They really were so accommodating and went beyond what most other hotels would ever do. We could not fault them in their friendliness or service.

A really lovely find, not expected to be so good as the price was quite reasonable. They laid on a mini bus for us to go into the city to watch Bruce Springsteen and all the staff were so friendly, we'd come back and stay here if we were visiting the area again!

The staff member we met was friendly, the food was lovely and great sized portions; we had booked for my partners birthday and the hotel had given us a free bottle of wine to celebrate his birthday. It was in a cooler in the room when we arrived, all in all it was an excellent hotel and night away.
