I was there for my retirement party, arrangements were taken care of by 2 collegues, food was excellent, staff very friendly. The Staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very well decorated and comfortable and the price was excellent. We would definately like to stay there again. - Friendly atmosphere, staff were very attentive, rooms and meal choice were excellent. Rooms were of the right standard for the traveller.

very close to the city centre,close to theatre and concert venues,also reception got us tickets face value for concert,also left phone charger but was sent to us with no fuss excellent service - This overnight stay was a gift for Anniversary for relatives. Loved the Swimming pool and Spa, amazing facilities with wonderful views and Craignure is best location on the island - right in the middle of the island so short travel both directions to Iona and Tobermory, Bar meals and Restaurant were 4/5 star - great food and staff - We liked everything the staff were very helpful.

quick and effortless time it took to check in being told about the amenities at the hotel the location of the hotel was ideal for us to travel around Scotland for the four days that we stayed - Super room - better than we have normally had in the past.

The location was perfect, all the staff were so friendly,polite and helpful., very well run. I was treated to this break by my friend as a pick me up after ill health last year, the facial on our last day was amazing. Thank you to all the staff at the Spa. We hope to return soon
