I was there for my retirement party, arrangements were taken care of by 2 collegues, food was excellent, staff very friendly. very close to the city centre,close to theatre and concert venues,also reception got us tickets face value for concert,also left phone charger but was sent to us with no fuss excellent service - This overnight stay was a gift for Anniversary for relatives. Loved the Swimming pool and Spa, amazing facilities with wonderful views and Craignure is best location on the island - right in the middle of the island so short travel both directions to Iona and Tobermory, Bar meals and Restaurant were 4/5 star - great food and staff - We liked everything the staff were very helpful.

quick and effortless time it took to check in being told about the amenities at the hotel the location of the hotel was ideal for us to travel around Scotland for the four days that we stayed - Super room - better than we have normally had in the past.

Stopped over night after travelling on a ferry most of the day. I
emailed them ahead to say we would be checking in late and was advised
perhaps we would want to eat before we arrived as the kitchens closed at

Staff were very friendly and looked after our luggage, as we arrived too early. We then went to Inverary and looked around the castle. They even took the bags upstairs before we came back. Room was quirky and lovely. Bathroom too. Breakfast had cereal, fruit, full cooked Scottish breakfast, toast and fish. Plenty to eat. Nice view from restaurant. Also have garden to sit in.

Best hotel breakfast I've had in a long while. Includes vegetarian
option, or haddock, smoked salmon etc. Great food in the restaurant -
exceeded expectations; we ended up eating there both nights. Liked décor

very clean and comfortable. Hotel is in lovely situation fairly near
Largs. We were a family party of 13 and each and every one of us had a
lovely Dinner in the evening. A stroll along the beach in the afternoon,
then a swim in the Spa - and Dinner in the Evening - just perfect.

Location... not far from Queen Street station by taxi and as we were going to a concert in the SECC being able to walk via the walkway was a huge benefit. The staff could not be have been nicer. - I was only there for one night arriving in the evening and then off in the morning so didn't get enough time to spend using the hotel facilities. However the new conservatory and food there was good value and comfortable. The newly refurbished room(s) are tastefully done and facilities excellent.
