We received a warm welcome from Dan and the rest of the staff that we encountered on our one night stay. We booked a classic room and was allocated 'The Pit' which was a very pretty, clean and well presented room. Good pub food in the evening and an excellent breakfast with lots of choices. Highly recommended for some country style R&R!!

"No place is better than home". That was written in the kitchen of this fantastic b&b. It's different from every other hotel in woodstock because You can try to live as English do. In a very English home and in the morning have breakfast in a very English kitchen with excellent cooks that prepare You whatever You want.

The location was close enough to shops and restaurants, and a long walk or quick bus ride into downtown. It was clean and comfortable and although the hosts/employees were on the shy and quiet side, they did a great job and were friendly.

If you are looking for a guest house - this is brilliant example of very friendly and comfortable guesthouse.
I stayed there to perform skydive training few minutes driving from there, so it was really easy to stay. There are no big roads nearby, so it is very quiet outside. As well few minutes walk down the road great authentic british pub "Red Lion" with great food and nice service as well.

Most of the above - Well located on main thoroughfare in to Oxford from the north, about 15mins walk in to centre. Small / clean rooms, helpful staff and good breakfast. As good as the local competition but would be considered overpriced in most other UK towns.

A quality B&B in a lovely spot surrounded by the wide open landscape and big sky of south Oxfordshire. Selina was very good to us and made us feel most welcome. Fantastic! Fantastic! Fantastic! EVERYTHING was great at this B&B. Selina is wonderful - very nice, flexible, accommodating, and cooks a very tasty breakfast! The room was very nice - bed and linens very comfortable; room was quiet at night. We stayed 3 nights and would have loved to stay longer. When we are in the area again, we will definitely stay at Selina's Zouch Farm B&B!

I liked absolutely everything about Cornerways Guest House. Carol, the landlady was so warm, friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. Her attention to detail shows that she genuinely loves what she does. She gave us good advice and recommendations and helped make our whole visit a delightful experience. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Our room was comfortable, spacious and spotlessly clean. We booked 2 nights but enjoyed it so much we had to stay a third night.

A family run B&B that has been decorated and finished to the highest standard, with a common room which has a pool table, dart board and jukebox.
The village of Shrivenham is 10 min walk away and it has a few restaurants and pubs so convenient for meals/drinks in the evening.
The hosts Colin and Lizzie are extremely warm and welcoming. The breakfast was fantastic and Colin was able to give us plenty of useful local travelling tips.

Breakfast was awesome. Tea was also offered. The location was better than I expected. A short bus ride on the #3 and I was on High Street district in Oxford. Vicky could not have been more helpful or welcoming. I felt safe and very much like I was at home. From a customer service perspective definitely a 10/10! -

We loved staying in Merton Grounds. The room was very spacious and very very clean. What impressed us the most, is that everything was so well though of - from the selection of teas and coffees in the room, to fresh milk, cookies and great toiletries. The bed was so comfortable, with amazing duvet and pillows.
Beautiful place, comparable to any 5* hotel and extremely cozy
