We loved the warmth and charm of the welcome(great cake!) and the rooms for the three of us were stylish and comfortable and exceptionally clean. Fabulous breakfast choice ,excellent smoked salmon with perfectly cooked scrambled eggs for me and great kippers and poached eggs for my husband and son.Liverpudlian wit and warmth much in evidence and hides a lot of hard work and competence.Given good recommendations for restaurants locally and made to feel comfortable downstairs as well as in our ro

We weren't leaving Liverpool until 5:30 on the day that we checked out and we didn't have to check out until then as the apartment wasn't in use that night. If ever in Liverpool again,will defintately stay there again and would highly recommend it.

Manager's response to our initial reaction.We had travelled over 300 miles and just wanted a nice place to recover so we were pretty grumpy. The rooms were spotless, an extra heater was provided and we enjoyed a good night. Breakfast was freshly prepared. Despite the village of Heswall having no water all day due to a burst pipe locally, the staff and manager did everything they could to make the stay as seamless as possible
It's a little gem of a find for me and I would highly recommend The 'Jug'

The Boat was fantastic, I booked it as a surprise for my daughter's 18th birthday and she stayed with a group of her friends. They were all absolutely thrilled and the location was perfect for their night out in Liverpool. They started with 2 for 1 cocktails at Gusto a minutes walk away followed by a meal and then walked into the city to the bars

We wanted something different & the Titanic Boat was just that, we only stayed 1 night as it was fully booked, would have been nice to stay longer it was luxury for the whole family our children age 9& 16 both loved it too, we had quality family time on the boat then enjoyed the sights of Liverpool the next day. Definatly recommended.

We made an overnight stop in Liverpool with our children, aged 10 and 7. The staff were helpful and friendly from the moment we checked in. We arrived early and although we couldn't have our room, parked in the car park and did some shopping, stopped for coffee and visited a couple of museums before heading back to the hotel.

conference facilities
I cant remember the name of one of the staff helping in the resturant he was tall and quite young, but should go far his attitude to his work and communication skills with those staying were excellent.
The gentleman at the door was very friendly and had a chat with everyone coming in, nice touch with the red carpet.
The bottled water and chocs left every day.

Stayed here for a long weekend, and it was just about a perfect hotel. Truly merits the stars. The room wasn't big, but it was more than comfortable. Very close to station, Princes Dock, main shopping area and Albert's Dock.
Rooms were lovely and bright and clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was nice and big!
We didn't have breakfast or eat at MPW restaurant but did sample the cocktails in the bar!
The staff were very accommodating, professional and friendly.
I would go back.

We were upgraded free of charge, the room was beautiful, the staff really helpful and pleaseant and we ordered room service. The food was lovely. Historic building sympathetically converted to hotel. Beautiful rooms with a lot of art deco features. Extremely comfortable. Staff brilliant - nothing too much trouble for them and all done very willingly with smile. They all knew the history of the hotel and were able to answer all questions. We were very well looked after. -
