La tranquillità e la vicinanza al centro di Liverpool - L'albergo è in ottima posizione, la dotazione ed il comfort delle suites sono eccezionali, la colazione è discreta, lo staff è molto disponibile (la mattina in cui siamo ripartiti hanno provveduto anche a fornirci una colazione take-away, nonostante fossero appena le 5.00)

We were only styaing overnight on this occasiion, for the NAFAS AGM so did not really have time to form an exact opinion. I arrived at 1.30 in the morning and was a little anxious trying to find the entrance but when I entered the hotel my anxiety diminished and I fell into the lovely bed encased in soft linens; such a restful atmosphere. Friendly, efficient, polite staff. Arrived after a long drive with young baby to a smiling face & cheery receptionist made all the difference. My 2 year old loved chatting away to everyone. Facilities were excellent & spotlessly clean as was our room which had plenty room even with an extra bed in. Breakfast was also delicious & bar & meals were not over priced for once in a hotel however equally as delicious! Already planning our next visit!

The location was excellent. Immediately opposite Lime Street Railway
Station, and just around corner from Bus Station and shopping just a few
steps further. Also near to St Georges Hall and the Walker Art Gallery.
The staff throughout were friendly and very helpful, particularly our
room maid and Kathy in the restaurant at breakfast. Good selection in
the restaurant for breakfast, and dinner was superb.
