All the staff were extremely friendly and natural in their approach and nothing too much trouble. - I loved your hotel it was my first stay at a Malmaison and it was probably the nicest hotel I have stayed at - I loved the reception and bar area it was very smart and classy. Also loved the unique touches such as 'the damage' on the bill, the note to say feel free to keep the shampoos etc, and the little room tag 'things could get messy'! Friendly, efficient, polite staff. Arrived after a long drive with young baby to a smiling face & cheery receptionist made all the difference. My 2 year old loved chatting away to everyone. Facilities were excellent & spotlessly clean as was our room which had plenty room even with an extra bed in. Breakfast was also delicious & bar & meals were not over priced for once in a hotel however equally as delicious! Already planning our next visit!

For a budget hotel this was very good value the room was clean, a reasonable size and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in a hotel. The staff were helpful. As someone who has stayed at an IBIS hotel before. I was aware of the quality of service and care that is demonstrated to customers. So I was not surprised at the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. Also the fact that the hotel is so close to the local attractions, shopping centres and nightlife is also a big plus.I would throughly recommend the hotel to any fellow traveller.

The hotel it's self was fab! Really modern and clean. The restaurant and bar facilities were brill and there was even a Wii to play on in reception. The hotel is located closed to Liverpool One and many attractions, including Albert Dock. There are many restaurants nearby, also some fast food chains and budget friendly meals (eg. fish & chips).
Parking is available in the building across the street with discount rate (ticket to be collected from hotel reception), if guess brings their own cars. A Tesco supermarket is located in this building.
