  Everything. From the greeting at the door to reception to our bags beingplaced in the best room I have stayed in the uk. The service wasfabulous and the hotel was fantastic - will be returning - I travel an awful lot and I must say the Scotsman is one of the best hotels I have ever been in.   Greeted at the door by staff member who took us to a very nice room with a large bathroom. We were asked if we would like a full Scottish breakfast (we had paid for a continental but were told we could choose). The Flat Screen TV is Free-view and with great reception. Second night, locked out again, but managed to wakethe owner, it was just after midnight, but front door locked, and nostaff around.2 Other guests also locked out
