Very freindly arrival, given a free uprade and when booking in for dinner was offered a dinner bed and breakfast deal which was exceptional value. Both the Dinners and the breakfasts were of exceptional quality and delivered by superb staff. Home from home comfort and excellent food. Great location in Mudefordand we had superb weather which was a bonus. Have stayed several times -a lot of the rooms are individual. - Everything was fantastic. The only thing I would have changed would have been the weather!! I can imagine it being a beautiful place to stay in the summer.

The country house was set in a very peaceful & tranquil location. We used it for access to the tank museum. There is a train line close by but it didn't bother us. The 4 of us were in room number 4. The staff at Kemps were wonderful. I was poorly on one night of our stay
there and they went out of their way to do whatever they could for me.
Nothing was too much trouble over the 3 nights we were there. We were
called to ask if we wanted breakfast on Monday morning incase we had
forgotten the change in time from weekend to weekdays. Agnes was
wonderful!!!! All members of the team were helpful and friendly - cannot
rate them highly enough :)

I liked everything about this Hotel- absolutely excellent. Extremely comfortable bed with top grade linen. Beautiful grounds with lovely swimming pool. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. Overall the staff couldn't do enough for us- the afternoon tea on arrival was a pleasurable bonus, and the receptionist was a lovely lady who made us feel so welcome.
I will definitely return if I am down that way again.

The rooms and beds are very nice. Very good breakfast as well. Shaftesbury is a small place, so it is easy to walk from the hotel see the sights (countryside views on both sides of town + Gold Hill). The hotel is described as a Restaurant with Rooms. It is a small independent hotel owned by the excellent chefs who have great experience of working in luxury hotels worldwide. They provide good accommodation with attention to detail. All staff were both friendly, helpful and professional.
The restaurant is the jewel, The guys know how to cook and present superb food with an extensive wine list.

... cosa dice la gente » eturn next year once the dates for the conference are announced. - The easy access to Bournemouth Town Centre, Shops and Buses, however the Parking was very limited at the hotel, but the proprietor had a well organised system for this problem. and there could be a problem for people with walking disabilities, as there was a steep hill to climb whichever nway you went. Having said that we certainly return again as our stay at the Blue Palms was most enjoyable.

Staff couldn't have been nicer. Especially young Katie. Went out of her way to make us comfortable. Lovely stay,! Was partners 50th birthday. I asked hotel to put baloons and fizz in the room, which they did along with some unexpected strawberries.. this was a lovely touch and we were very pleased.

The excellent ocation and the friendly staff. Our room was also superb, very big and with 2 huge windows overlooking the harbour. - Everything was perfect. The room had fantastic views, restaurant was brilliant and staff very pleasant and helpful.
