Excellent staff, friendly helpful arrival, even though we arrived late
in the evening as we had advised, and that approach continued next day
morning. Rooms were fine, and bathroom facilities good especially
bearing in mind usual British plumbing standards. Location very close to
high street shopping and easy to get to main rail station although a hit
far with suitcases, but okay with a backpack. Easy taxi ride. Good pub

the hotel was superb, the room was very much a 'country house' style and was one of the nicest hotel rooms that I have stayed in. The breakfast was freshly cooked using local produce and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Extremely clean, simple and convenient. The bedding was very comfortable, and the location unbeatable. The free parking next to the beach is very handy.
On requesting a sea view due to the room being booked for an anniversary, staff obliged and also left a congratulatory card in the room for arrival. -

It is a lovely hotel, quite expensive but the staff were excellent, room was gorgeous, breakfast brilliant and service spot on. We also had a river view room for both nights when we were originally booked to have a non river view for one night and a river view for the other. We only had to pay the price for the originally booking.
We particularly liked the Galleon Bar, lovely decor etc and the food was delicious.

Which is was but service accommodation was certainly not portraying a cheap weekend away all very sophisticated and food was really high standards and all staff were so professional friendly and very helpful you have the right format Well Done and thankyou -

Exercise room on the first floor, nearby retail park with McDonalds, KFC and MandS Food only 5 mins walk. Easy for Plymouth hospital. Nice restaurant, courteous and friendly staff. Oh and the car park is huge, had loads of space. I loved this hotel, would deffo stay again.

It was very convenient just for where we were going for a family party .All of the staff at reception were very helpful at breakfast, all staff were very pleasant and helpful.There was a good atmosphere in the hotel which was a bonus. Parking I thought was going to be a problem but this turned out not to be so,

booked on line with my bank details, which I always through my room was
paid 4 , this is when I had 2 pay a other 40 each so my yotal stay was
80 which left me a bit upset , I did hope 2 go back 2 your hotel but
after this I think the answer would b no , one price on line and

I liked the staff they wereincredibly friendly and couldnt do enough to
help us. They let us use iron and ironing board to iron a creased shirt
ready for our party they showed us a map of where we was and where we
needed to be. I was very impressed with the breakfast it was very
welcoming and we couldhave just what we wanted. The staff were lovely

Great location. Parked here and walked to Aquarium, Sutton Harbor, Barbican, Plymouth Hoe, etc.
Price is good and rooms are typical Premier Inn quality (we slept 4 to a room and it didn't leave a lot of space, but our goal wasn't to spend time inside.)
We had a room A/C in our room. We seemed to be the only room with one, and it made the temps ok.
