  Very welcoming and child friendly. The kitchen had everything you could need and bedrooms were comfortable. Very useful to have parking just outside. - The apartment was very spacious and modern decoration inside. Very clean and tidy inside and very close to the town of Windermere

  The hotel has a vibrant atmosphere generated by the design and the very friendly staff.The location was just what we wanted providing local pubs and restaurants whilst in the centre of lovely scenery and places to visit.We would visit again and infactr booked our son and his girlfriend in for a birthday weekend.We would go back again and ask to st... cosa dice la gente » ay in room 3 only because we peeped in and it was more modern. - Very Dog friendly, very welcoming and attentive to all of our needs. Tea and cake in the afternoon of our arrival was a nice touch. Central location made it handy for shops, high level of cleanliness and top spec furniture and fittings. Good beer!

  We liked everything! The suites are perfect, with lovely appointments. The owners are exceptionally helpful and friendly. It's very very clean. It's close to everything at Waterhead and only a mile from Ambleside, with good bus service to everywhere in the Lake District. The shower was neat because you could program it to the exact temperature and pressure you wanted it. The provided coffee, milk, biscuits, and hot chocolate were _sublime_. The free WiFi was a great perk. Wonderful ambiance for small get-togethers.
