The room was spacious and the bathroom had a towel warmer and the TV was large with many viewing options. The staff were all polite. The price was so reasonable I could not believe the accomadations for the price I paid. - Very comfortable room and very tasty food in the bar. Hoppa bus to terminal 5 convenience and ease of use

we were very impressed with the hotel as we often stop at holiday inn and this one was above average.all staff were very nice and it was easy to find and very near the bowl where we were going. - Very efficient, helpful and friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Good selection of choice at the continental breakfast buffet.

All the staff we met were very friendly and happy to be there for us. The hotel looks very nice, very clean and to have the chance to go for a swim or to sauna, always helps after a long day. Karl and his team were excellent and couldn't do enough to help us. The children's facilities were brilliant and the room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. the staff went out of their way to ensure that we got our boys to bed on our late arrival before handling the check in which was great. everyone was so friendly we were made to feel immediately at home. the inclusive breakfast was amazing, room spotless and dining room so comfortable. I stayed with my husband & 2 children (6 yrs & 2 1/2 yrs old). The staff were amazing, so friendly & they couldn't do enough to help. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.
The rooms were clean, tidy & well presented, everything worked!
Carpark had plenty of spaces, food was excellent, breakfast highly recommended, plenty variety for everyone. I will definitely be staying there again :-D

Staff were so friendly and helpful. We booked two rooms as they don't provide family rooms. We arrived early and they let us leave our luggage and also changed our rooms so that we had adjoining rooms so the children could be close by.
Very clean and comfortable in a beautiful setting. Lovely breakfast also. Great Stay. -

Staff very helpful and nothing seemed to be to much bother for them, my wife is disabled and the staff couldn't have been more helpful even to the extent of coming outside in the rain and holding an umbrella over my wife while I was getting her into the car. -

It was a lovely hotel except for the children who were running around all evening banging doors and then again at 6.30 in the morning when we told reception they said many people had complained about this group of people and they were sorry I thought the policy of the premier inn was if you dident get a good nights sleep you got a refund ? -

Even though the hotel was so close to the M40 our room was free from traffic noise and was obviously sound proofed to an extent as we heard hardly any noise from other guests rooms.

This was a 'mini-holiday'for my Nan, and I stayed also to
support her trip. Staff were all fantastic, especially Lynne at
Reception, who did absolutely everything in her power to put my Nan at
ease as much as possible, and treated her like a queen! Extremely
satisfied at her level of attention and competence, and the rooms were
great too. -

The hotel was really modern, the rooms were lovely, heating was great, bed comfy and the staff really nice. Location was excellent with a great restaurant at the end of the street - Everything. The staff couldn't do enough for you. Room clean and comfortable.
