I contacted the hotel before my stay to advise of an early check in and this was noted and accepted when we arrived. Hotel was located by the river and the views were lovely. Well located, clean and good hotel with very pleasant and helpful staff. The 'Fusion' Restaurant had an excellent Asian menu as well as a traditional one. I enjoyed my stay, especially after a long journey of 500 miles. - super staff, great restaurant.

All The Staff were friendly and Helpful, The Rooms were clean and well stocked with tea/coffee and fresh towels etc. The kitchen was easily accessible (could have been a little better equipped with cutlery (Knives forks spoons cups/mugs etc) but all in all a very easy going and comfortable place to stay. The receptionist Ajit was very efficient and helpful.

I stayed with my husband & 2 children (6 yrs & 2 1/2 yrs old). The staff were amazing, so friendly & they couldn't do enough to help. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.
The rooms were clean, tidy & well presented, everything worked!
Carpark had plenty of spaces, food was excellent, breakfast highly recommended, plenty variety for everyone. I will definitely be staying there again :-D

Staff were so friendly and helpful. We booked two rooms as they don't provide family rooms. We arrived early and they let us leave our luggage and also changed our rooms so that we had adjoining rooms so the children could be close by.
Very clean and comfortable in a beautiful setting. Lovely breakfast also. Great Stay. -
