comfort camera - I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Horizon. The staff were very friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. I thought the modern decor of the hotel was nice (considering it is an older hotel). The room was nice and clean. Staff excellent. Karen found my expensive glasses, contacted me and arranged to have them sent out. Superb! Breakfast excellent. Room very comfortable and clean. Excellent location for Prestwick airport or golf nearby. Ample secure parking. Really REALLY pleased!

I liked the whole experience of staying at the Piersland. We received a warm welcome and were shown to the most beautiful room which had a wonderful bathroom almost as big as the room. The welcome in the dining room was equally as good and the food and wine were excellent. As we had to leave next morning to catch an early ferry, the staff went out

I was at a wedding at a nearby hotel and did not have the opportunity to
sample all of the Piersland's facilities. However I did find the
staff and bar service first class. The room was the lodge/cottage to
the left. My partner and I were very pleasantly surprised by the comfort
and layout. Room service breakfast was more than sufficient.

Views over Arran were spectactular! We had room with sea view which was
very clean and comfortable. Hotel is in lovely situation fairly near
Largs. We were a family party of 13 and each and every one of us had a
lovely Dinner in the evening. A stroll along the beach in the afternoon,
then a swim in the Spa - and Dinner in the Evening - just perfect.

The hotel was set in a beautiful countryside location. We went for a wedding and the room we had overlooked the Loch and the hills in the background covered in snow was stunning. Staff went out of their way to be friendly and couldnt do enough for us. -

We were made to feel very welcome on arrival at reception. The receptionist was cheerful, friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff in the dining room were pleasant and helpful too. We would definitely stay again.
