Lovely hotel in a quiet location not far from the main street. Excellent bar / lounge that again was very clean and tidy - you can tell that the owners take pride in their hotel!
2nd time we have stayed here and would visit again.
Dog friendly hotel which is a big plus for us as our dog was with us again.

A warm welcome and friendly staff. Huge en-suite room which was both clean and extremely comfortable. Good choice of breakfast which was well cooked. nice room. It isn't 5 star luxury but it's not 5 star prices and
it is tremendous value for money, everything we needed was there and
everything works so what more would you want. A comfortable bed anda
good hearty breakfast, I would recommend Bendarroch House to anyone

We had a very pleasant stay at this guest house and the owner was very helpful. It was immaculate and the food was very good. There was a lovely view from the front window.

We had a great time, it was my mothers birthday and the staff were very accomodating, helpful and friendly, the food was excellent and the rooms very clean and comfortable. - The setting of the hotel was great,arrived too late to use the leisure facilities. Breakfast was first class. Will definitely use the hotel again.

The range of serious reading books in the lounge on the local area was very helpful in planning trips. Loved the view from the room. The four post bed was fun! The Port in the evening was a nice touch and long may this tradition continue. I Loved the whole feel of the place and had a really relaxing time in the area. We stayed for three nights over the Highland Games and would be happy to return again.

This is a great place to stay. Only small inside but it has everything you need and more, a lovely, charming stone building with nice garden, views and is in a great location. We stayed for a few days in November so the price we payed was very good for what we got.

It was all lovely! A very warm welcome from the owners who obviously take pride in their guest house and offer their guests everything needed. Very warm welcome from staff. We arrived early wet and tired and they kindly let us leave our bikes and wet bags in the hotel till our room was ready. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Service at breakfast great. Hotel set in quiet relaxing location away from main road. Owners very friendly and helpfull. Would stay here again -
