  In area with work, second time have stayed here now, perfectly located both for Irlam and Warrington. Reception staff are welcoming and efficient. This time, even a small mix up with double booking sorted out perfectly. The suite that I was in was a great size, comfortable and well stocked with enough for a short trip. Could not recommend this place enough - Rooms were lovely, spacious and really comfortable and had hot drink making facilities. We were there for a wedding and the setting is beautiful. Even in this horrible cold, snowy weather the gardens were really well kept. After the bar closed we were allowed to sit in the lounge area and talk so bar staff also great! I'd love to go here again.

  We used this hotel for a few nights two weeks on the run and both visits were good. The rooms were comfortable and clean., the staff very pleasant and helpful and the breakfasts excellent.
