  In area with work, second time have stayed here now, perfectly located both for Irlam and Warrington. Reception staff are welcoming and efficient. This time, even a small mix up with double booking sorted out perfectly. The suite that I was in was a great size, comfortable and well stocked with enough for a short trip. Breakfast is just quality, ... was die leute sagen » icing on the cake. Great selection but the best is the full English with delightful locally resourced sausages. Could not recommend this place enough - Rooms were lovely, spacious and really comfortable and had hot drink making facilities. We were there for a wedding and the setting is beautiful. Even in this horrible cold, snowy weather the gardens were really well kept. After the bar closed we were allowed to sit in the lounge area and talk so bar staff also great! I'd love to go here again.

  My husband and I do not have any complaints about this hotel. Staff are very friendly/helpful, cleanliness is excellent, peaceful atmosphere and the breakfast was first class.   We used this hotel for a few nights two weeks on the run and both visits were good. The rooms were comfortable and clean., the staff very pleasant and helpful and the breakfasts excellent. Really convenient for the motorway and other places we wished to visit. Good car parking, plenty of spaces - The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
