It was one of the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in. The owners were very friendly and could not have been more helpfull. They talk to all of their guests and advise places to visit, and eat. I would recomend this guest house to anybody. - First class room, very large bed with one of the best showers I have ever used in a hotel. Friendly welcome

The owner, his wife and other staff were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough to advise us on places to go, eat, etc.
The hotel was central to the town and away from the beach front which meant that it wasn't as busy or noisy as other hotels.
We particularly like LLandudno as it was full of independent shops, different from main towns.

Room had a lovely sea view and close to town and was walking distance to Orme and tram ride to summit. Weather was beautiful and a lot going on with the Victorian Extravaganza weekend. Breakfast was adequate and staff were attentive.The new owners having been there for only six months were striving to improve hotel and with the refurbishments they have done have improved the presentation immensley. We stayed in the junior suite which was lovely! It was fantastic to have 2 rooms. There is a games console, flat screen tv with freeview and a dvd player in one room and then a smaller tv with freeview in the bedroom.
Gerry was very friendly and couldn't do enough for us.
Breakfast was lovely. Variety of newspapers each day.
A sitting room with DVDs to choose from.
Very close to the beach/pier/puppet show/tram to Great Orme. 10 mins to Welsh Mountain Zoo.
Absolutely perfect!

Warm welcome, nothing too much trouble, excellent breakfast, beautifully furnished throughout. Bedroom spacious, stayed in rom 6. Travelled by train, so location very near train station was ideal for us. quiet street, but very near town centre and sea front. East, superb Cantonese restaurant near train station, added bonus. Llandudno is a great resort, with so much to do.

Very friendly, helpful staff. As I had booked 2 rooms, at once, they were treated as 2 separate bookings through letsbookhotel.com and so were not together. But the receptionist seeing we were a family went out of her way to find a room that would be closer to the other one.

A hidden gem. Immaculately clean and run by one of the friendliest families you could meet. The B & B experience at its best, clean fresh rooms and a delicious breakfast. Relaxing quiet lounge bar at cheaper than pub prices just to top it off.
Perfect location, lovely and quiet to relax and yet one street from the town centre and two streets from the promenade and pier. Turn left and walk 5 mins to the bars for some nightlife, turn right for a chippy and gift shops.
