We received a friendly welcome. It was easy to park the car off the road. Our room was spacious well appointed and very clean. there was a lovely tea tray that included some sweets. Crickleigh House is an excellent Guest House. There are many very good places to stay in Llandudno, and this is right up there with the best. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, comfortable, and with little extras that make your stay even more enjoyable. The owners are extremely friendly, without being intrusive. Lovely people and environment, very comfortable room including bed! Attention to detail, refreshments in room. toiletries, location perfect, choice for breakfast, presentation. It was one of the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in. The owners were very friendly and could not have been more helpfull. They talk to all of their guests and advise places to visit, and eat. This is our second visit to Brigstock House and there is nothing not to like!! its situated on a really quiet road so no noise to disturb you and Simon the proprietor is very friendly. The breakfast is freshly cooked and there is also a three course dinner available. The rooms are spotless and well laid out, quite a few have a small separate seat

The proprietor was welcoming, helpful and professional. His staff were similarly polite and professional. The room was clean, tidy and welcoming and was thoroughly cleaned each day while I was out at conference. The cooked breakfasts were outstanding. A really nice, pleasant base for attending the Labour Party Conference at Venue Cymru. I hope to take my wife back in June for her birthday. I was able to park on the forecourt which was really helpful and saved me endless problems.

Absolutely fantastic hotel and owners, Gwyneth even came out to greet us after we telephoned to say we were lost. Breakfast was cooked to order andthe romm was very very good, they recommended great places to go and couldn't have been more helpful, the hotel was really well presented and we both really enjoyed our time there. I was suprised to have a hot tub in the room that was a good treat. The beds where very comftable and the food was really good quality and very tasty! We will be staying there again. - everything is wonderful, the location, the room, the facilities and the staffs. we would definitely be going back to visit llandudno and stay at this lovely hotel.

It's hard to decide when you find an absolutely splendid Guest House, whether to share it with others or keep it to yourself. This applies without reservation to The Cliffbury. It cannot be faulted and although I'm risking my chances of finding a vacancy next time I book, it's a chance worth taking if other establishments are encouraged to up their game to this standard of cleanliness, comfort, cuisine (albeit just breakfast - I'm hoping an evening meal option could be added) and politeness.

Excellent hosts nothing is too much trouble for them they go the extra mile to make your stay a pleasant one. Breakfast was excellent served by happy staff. Brilliant location for theatre and shopping retail park. Lovely relaxing walk up and down prom to work off that breakfast . We had a sea view room they placed two chairs so that you could watch the sea and even watch the sunset with your own glass of wine. The hosts even gave you a bottle opener and posh glasses to drink your own wine lovel
