  I liked the friendly helpful hosts. I loved the extra finishing touches, such as sherry if you wanted to drink it, fresh flowers in my room, teas of all types, coffee and biscuits on a tray. Room was spotless and very comfortable. Hosts are very knowledgable of the local area and happy to help. Food was excellent. Would recommend this guest house to anyone looking for a relaxing stay close to York city centre with the Minster being around a 10min walk away.

  We picked up the keys and were delighted when we saw the apartment, which is actually a little cottagey type house, overlooking Clifton Green. It was very modern, clean and simple. Everything we needed was all there for us. It was incredibly great value (£90 for 3 of us) and only a 5 minute walk from the city centre. The wetroom was lovely too. Friendly owners Nichola was very accommodating when we arrived early and let us park our car and leave our luggage! Will definately be using this accommodation again for our next trip to York :)
