The staff were lovely and helpful, we felt welcome from the start of our short break to the end. We booked the small double bedroom as it was such a good price, and it was extremely well thought out with a nice view of the gardens as a bonus. It is in the best location, next to the shops, beach and gardens. Lovely breakfast too. -

Staff were excellent and reception were brilliant, ringing me when my room was available to check in which was 11am, very early. Also as we had come to see the air show they had printed brochures with timetables which were so helpful as we hadn't been before. We were able to leave our bag at the hotel after check out and when we collected it were able to use the facilities and change after being on the beach all day ready for our journey home. Very accessible to all amenities, clean room and clean bathroom.
Accessible room downstairs was provided as I was on crutches and couldn't do stairs, it had a separate entrance on to flat terrain which was a lot easier. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. -

... cosa dice la gente » eturn next year once the dates for the conference are announced. - The easy access to Bournemouth Town Centre, Shops and Buses, however the Parking was very limited at the hotel, but the proprietor had a well organised system for this problem. and there could be a problem for people with walking disabilities, as there was a steep hill to climb whichever nway you went. Having said that we certainly return again as our stay at the Blue Palms was most enjoyable.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It had a great relaxed atmosphere.
The room was small, however it had everything we needed. The en-suite was surprisingly roomy.
We could open windows, which is something we like to be able to do. In many hotels it's impossible.
The bed was wonderful! We slept more restfully than we had in months.
We we definitely stay at the Carisbrooke again and we will recommend it to friends.

I read other reviews after booking online and I thought I shouldn't have booked, but when we arrived I found it a nice budget hotel. Services are basic but not bad for that price. We were a family of 5 and we were given room 27 in the basement which was clean and comfy. The bathroom was clean. The weather wasn't too hot so we didn't have a problem

After seeing many bad reviews, I took a risk, paying only £30 for a double room for one night. It payed off, check in took 3 mins maximum, hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was comfortable, clean, and just what I needed after a night out in Bournemouth. Perfect hotel if you're socially visiting bournemouth's nightlife, or if you fancy a last minute stay. Like I said, I took a risk, and it payed off. I would defiantly stay here again.

Love the location so close to the beach, shop and restaurant. My kids love the lovely and clean beach and the ocean aquarium place. Love the Harry ramsome famous fish and chip.
My kids loving the RK games for ticket to get a prize cant remember what it call, is just few shops away from the hotel. The hotel is excellent value for money lovely deco and clean bath room.

We didn't make breakfast on the first morning but were given a voucher to have breakfast at the local pub which we thought was a great idea! Rooms were spotles
