Situated 10 minutes’ walk from Bournemouth’s golden beaches and town centre, Mount Stuart Hotel is a Victorian property with free WiFi and an outside terrace. An en suite bathroom, flat-screen TV and tea/coffee making facilities are featured in each room at Mount Stuart, and ironing facilities and hairdryers can be provided. Traditional full English breakfasts are freshly cooked to order and served in the on-site restaurant. Pleasant woodland views can be taken in from the dining room and licensed bar, which features a large flat-screen TV for watching sport. Bournemouth Pier, the Pavilion Theatre and an aquarium are all within a 10-minute walk of the hotel, as well as Bournemouth International Conference Centre. Many clubs, bars and shops can be found in the town centre.

Very accessible to all amenities, clean room and clean bathroom. Accessible room downstairs was provided as I was on crutches and couldn't do stairs, it had a separate entrance on to flat terrain which was a lot easier. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Friendly staff, large shower cubicle in our room, outside terrace, short walking distance from shops, bars, restaurants. Very relaxed and welcoming. As a gay couple you never know what reception you're going to get!.

Our first stay at this hotel , given a warm reception , stayed in room 18 , clean tidy and comfortable , the bed was comfortable, a five minute walk to the sea , will definitely return to the mount stuart. Sandy was a very welcoming host, but all staff were friendly. Room clean and tidy, breakfast was excellent. Location good, and parking available. Very welcoming and friendly, accommodating to requests. We would certainly stay here again. Location, Nice large rooms, very clean everywhere, good breakfast,Parking, ease of booking,. Room was small but ok for what we wanted and so was the bathroom, my husband is 6ft 8 and is very broad, so couldn't fit into the shower cubicle. Breakfast was not included in the booking which was disappointing. It was a very small breakfast but nice all the same. would come back though for another stay. Breakfast could be better, not much to it and could be better quality but as not included in room price we chose to eat locally. Disturbed by a very drunk young lady looking for her fella knocking all the room doors , but was quickly dealt with by Karl the barman. Room a little dated, but it wouldn't stop me from staying again!. The bath in the bathroom was incredibly small!. Nothing. I didn't particularly like having to negotiate my way, with a suitcase, along a corridor strewn with dust sheets, paint tins, paint trays, broken chest of drawers and a rather rickety double wardrobe that looked like it would collapse at any moment! All of this was there for our entire stay. The room was very cold and there was a gap of about 3" under the door. This hotel needs a refurb urgently. Rooms are 'tired'. Time for refurbishment. very basic, tired, in need of some thoughtful touches.
