  We were all (including our 4 year old) made to feel very welcome and the atmosphere was very relaxed and friendly. The room was lovely and very clean. This was one of the best hotels we have stayed in and we would definitely like to return. - Exceptionally friendly and helpful owners, comfortable rooms, excellent food. Very good value.

Lots of towels in the bathroom. Spa - fab. Breakfast, lunch and dinner - a must. What more could you ask for - nothing.

  Excellent standard of hotel and staff. They kindly upgraded me to a double room with a great view for no extra charge without me asking. Restaurant dinner was excellent and good portions.   The seaview - Staff were very freindly and helpful. We stayed in one of their refurbished rooms and were suprisingly pleased to find leather tub chairs flat screen TV plus new furniture. Refreshing given that many of the hotels in the area have tired rooms. Price was also very reasonable. The hotel is located about 1 minute from the seaside and just a couple of minutes to the town centre, so couldn't be more convenient! It's also very close to a cheap carpark if/when street parking is not possible. The owners, Sarah and Carl made us a warm welcome and gave us a plenty of good informations for our days in and around eastbourne. Thanks a lot for that. Good is also, that you have the possibility to use the kitchen included in the appartments e.g. for the breakfast (we used it because we did not want to throw away the frige content at home)...
