Rooms are excellent value for the money and I was pleasantly surprised by the standard of cleanliness. Beds are warm and comfortable. Rooms on the ground floor along corridor behind the front desk seem to be in a quiet position, with no evidence of noise from other areas. As we walked in the young lady on the reception was very polite and
helpful the position of the hotel was excellent there is no parking but
we parked in the st davids centre directly opposite the hotel and were
there for 20hrs and it only cost £11 if you dont want to take your car
the train station is only a 5 minute walk the room was really nice and
facilities were very good already planing another stay at the ibis
would reccomend value for money especially as it was only a 2 minute
walk into

booked single room but was alocated a double I needed to be within 5 mins of Hospice which it was it had a wonderful italian restaurant attached to it so didnt have to go looking for a meal breakfast was excellent all freshly cooked on ordering will definatly stay here again

The bed was big enough, all housekeeping staff were respecting our privacy. We have seen that the room was tidy and new towels were given every day, but all of our personal staff was exactly where we left it.

Everything.i always stay at this hotel.always a welcome here.and I have been visiting Cardiff for years for the Wales rugby tournaments.within easy walking distance to the city centre.and easy reach to the millennium stadium.would deffinately recommend from the vast experiences I have had from the numerous stays I have had here.

The staff were excellent, very professional, courteous, helpful and
kind. Daniel Mlcousek the manager on duty was extremely helpful in
dealing with my mother who is 76 and a stroke victim with mobility
issues. Adam the receptionist was brilliant, very welcoming and good
natured, nothing was too much for Adam, he went that extra mile to be
helpful,

Room was a good size and felt spacious. The bed was comfortable.
Bathroom has a shower but no bath, but the shower worked well with good
temperature control and water pressure. Tv and remote worked well and
all the controls functioned well.Wif-fi is free and worked well too. The
lighting in the room was good, and the desk was just large enough to
work on. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good for just
£7.95 all- in.

La cordialità del personale. Lo raccomanderei ai miei amici perchè vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e la fermata degli autobus è proprio di fronte. - Centralità, cortesia e disponibilità dello staff, sia alla reception che per la colazione. Camere molto grandi per essere un 2 stelle.
