me and my girlfriend stayed here for valentines day, it was amazing value for money! we really enjoyed everything about it, great location, right in the middle of the promenade, near to the the spa and right on the beach front. it was very clean and surprisingly very modern, suited me right down to the ground. i really enjoyed it and will be looking to come back again.

Peter & Denise were a friendly & welcoming couple. The breakfasts good and they were willing to accommodate what you wanted. A nice touch of specialised marmalades available. Bed was really comfy. While we were there families stayed and you could tell a natural love of children. Thank you would come again. Location for town and beach ideal

Peter and Denise were very friendly and made us feel welcome in their accommodation. The room was lovely, clean, comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. Peter was very kind and let us leave the car for the day and gave advise about our route home. Breakfast was lovely, a wide selection of cereal, cooked breakfast and fruits. Would highly recommend ;-)

The bedroom was a lovely large comfortable room with plenty of storage space, comfy bed and dressing gown n slippers if we wanted to use them, food was great in there comfortable dining area and staff was lovely. We will definitely be going back ourselves.

It was very clean and very peaceful. the breakfast was okay lots of cereals to choose from. the lady was very welcoming. we also loved that we got a loyalty card because we get a free night after staying 5 nights!! we have already recommended to friends as it was so peaceful and a perfect weekend! -

Lou and Paul are great hosts who make you feel very welcome. The hotel was very comfortable, good quality bed linen and towels, and the breakfast was excellent. Close to the Beach (although there is lots of building work there at present. Very hospitable hosts and extremely helpful. Parking wasnt a problem, free wifi, good location for beach access and a short walk to the shops. Breakfast was fantastic and the rooms are comfortable with good size bathroom and excellent shower. Best B&B in the area and great value.

This is one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in and I travel a lot!
Some country hotels are full of old furniture and have a really musty smell and dank feel to them. I'm told it's rustic. This hotel is not like that at all. It's clean, bright and airy and very comfortable.

We really liked the friendliness and helpfulness of the owners and staff. The meals we had were excellent. We particularly liked the on site Bistro which served up good, value for money meals. The hotel was set in lovely grounds and was handy to get to the cliff top walks and set in a very pleasant village.

We were made to feel welcome. Carol took breakfast orders when we arrived even discussing with the children what they would like to eat and how much.

Very comfortable, clean room and the owners are lovely, helpful, very accommodating and so friendly. Great being able to park on the street right outside (permit issued by the owners on arrival). Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice. I chose a full English which was cooked to perfection and much appreciated! Would stay here again and recommend it highly.

Carol, Nigel and Amy are very friendly and helpful, breakfasts are great and Burlington Quays is lovely and clean. The nearness of the beach is an added bonus (less than a few minutes walk)and everything together made for a very relaxing holiday. We hope to be back again in the near future. -
