Peter & Denise were a friendly & welcoming couple. The breakfasts good and they were willing to accommodate what you wanted. A nice touch of specialised marmalades available. Bed was really comfy. While we were there families stayed and you could tell a natural love of children. Thank you would come again. Location for town and beach ideal

Peter and Denise were very friendly and made us feel welcome in their accommodation. The room was lovely, clean, comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. Peter was very kind and let us leave the car for the day and gave advise about our route home. Breakfast was lovely, a wide selection of cereal, cooked breakfast and fruits. Would highly recommend ;-)

Everything! On arrival we was greeted and showed to our room and the
landlady was more than helpful. Paid and got a receipt. Lovely clean
beds & room. Excellent Price for what we wanted the room for
(Overnight stay), Great Value for us as we are on a budget, Nowhere
cheaper and let us have an extra hour check out. Lovely couple:)

As it was a self catering apartment you had the basic comforts of home. It was literally a two minute walk to the beach, it was what you pay for, it's great for a couple of nights break. We would go back again and would recommend this place if your expectations aren't high. Shower didn't work but was fixed within a couple of hours after we told the owners who were really sweet and helpful

We were made to feel welcome. Carol took breakfast orders when we arrived even discussing with the children what they would like to eat and how much.
Nothing seemed too much trouble.

Very comfortable, clean room and the owners are lovely, helpful, very accommodating and so friendly. Great being able to park on the street right outside (permit issued by the owners on arrival). Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice. I chose a full English which was cooked to perfection and much appreciated! Would stay here again and recommend it highly.

out of the way jewel, lovely and clean, single room was excellent, short walk down to the front near the spa. Owners were great and the breakfast was one of the best. What I liked was there was a lady with a disability/health. the owners could not do enough to help, says it all what kind people they are, lovely stay -

I booked the super suite with a large bed for me and my wife, It was a valentine weekend. We stopped in the Berlington suite which was on the top floor. The hotel looks slightly dated from the outside and the hallways, BUT when we got to our room.....WOW the suite was amazing,clean,light and modern. The staff were helpful and polite. The views

The staff were fabulous, very welcoming and we enjoyed the homely and friendly atmosphere this created. We could understand why guests returned to the Expanse year after year. It was also great to see so many extended family groups in the hotel.
The location is excellent. Fabulous sea view.

The staff made us feel really welcome, the rooms were nice and comfortable, we could come and go as we pleased. They were very good with my 15 Month old Grandaughter. The breakfast was lovely and the overall the place was quirky and clean. We really did enjoy our stay and would recommend them to anyone looking for a good b&b at a good rate. th

The owner was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. It was very close to the seafront, a short walk, and so the car was parked for free right outside the B&B with a free permit for the duration of our stay.
